Land-based viewers are stuck wherever they are. Ship-based viewers have the entire ocean as their platform.
At least 12 to 18 months. Eclipse cruises sell out years in advance, and prices increase as the date approaches. Several ships for the 2027 eclipse are already sold out. Booking early secures the best cabins and current pricing.
Yes. The group rate applies to all cabin categories within the same ship. Some members can choose interior cabins while others book suites — everyone benefits from the group discount and perks.
Standard cruise line cancellation policies apply. Generally, full refunds are available with sufficient advance notice (typically 90+ days before sailing). We strongly recommend travel insurance for additional protection. Full details are provided at booking.
Zero. We earn our commission directly from the cruise line — it is built into the published fare. You pay the same price booking through us as you would booking direct, but you get group perks, a dedicated coordinator, and someone who actually answers the phone.
It varies by cruise line. Regent includes everything: drinks, dining, excursions, Wi-Fi, gratuities, and butler service. Cunard includes accommodations, main dining, and entertainment. Virgin Voyages includes drinks (beer, wine, spirits) and basic Wi-Fi. We will walk you through exactly what each line covers.
Each ship is a separate booking, so your group would need to choose one ship. However, within each ship, you can mix cabin categories to accommodate different budgets — interior cabins to balcony suites all under the same group rate.
