What does this cost?

For most trips, nothing. Our service is commission-based.

Travel advisors earn commissions from the vendors -- cruise lines, hotels, tour operators -- when you book through them. This is how the industry has always worked. Unlike many advisors, we rarely charge planning or advisory fees. For the vast majority of trips, the vendor commission covers everything.

Not at all. Slack Connect is our preferred channel for companies, but we work with everyone -- phone, email, or chat with Buddy right here on the site. However you want to reach us, we are there.

Just call, message, or email us. We handle rebookings, cancellations, and changes the same way we handle the original planning -- quickly and without hassle. No phone trees, no hold music.

Not at all. We serve companies, families, groups, couples, and solo travelers. Many of our clients start with one trip and come back for everything -- company offsites, anniversary cruises, family vacations, honeymoons. Same advisors, same service.

As many as you need. For companies, the whole team can be in the Slack channel, or just the travel coordinator. For groups and families, everyone can be on the email thread or group chat. We adapt to how you work.
