  • Company information: Company name, job title, team size (when provided through our corporate travel inquiry forms)
  • Travel preferences: Destination interests, travel dates, budget range, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, passport details, loyalty program numbers, and other details necessary to plan and book travel
  • Communications: Messages you send us through website forms, Slack channels, email, the Buddy chat widget, or phone
  • Payment information: When making deposits or payments for bookings, payment details are processed by the travel supplier or a PCI-compliant payment processor -- we do not store credit card numbers

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, scroll depth, referring URL, landing page

Information from third parties

  • Travel suppliers: Booking confirmations, itinerary changes, and status updates from cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and tour operators
  • Slack: If you interact with us via Slack Connect, we receive your Slack display name, workspace name, and message content
  • Publicly available information: We may reference publicly available business information (company websites, LinkedIn profiles) when preparing travel proposals for corporate clients

  • Nexion Travel Group: As our host agency, Nexion may have access to booking records and client data as part of standard agency operations
  • Service providers: We use third-party services for website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and communication tools. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
